Meet Dr. Tram Nguyen
Board Certified in Family, Obesity, Functional, and Aethetic Medicine
Dr. Tram Nguyen is a dedicated physician passionate about helping patients achieve lasting health through compassionate, personalized care. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas. She is board certified in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine and is also certified in Peptide Therapy.
Dr. Nguyen believes that medicine is more than treating illness—it is about building meaningful relationships, preventing disease, and helping patients feel heard, supported, and cared for. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight management, longevity medicine, peptide therapy, and identifying the root causes of illness through a personalized, evidence-based approach.
One of Dr. Tram’s greatest passions is serving others. She is the founder of Hand in Hand Share Missions, a nonprofit organization that provides medical care and humanitarian support to underserved communities. Her mission work has deeply shaped her philosophy of care and strengthened her commitment to treating every patient with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tram enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her two daughters. She also loves working out, biking, and hiking and believes that maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle is an important part of overall wellness.
